Treason 2006 E-mail
Written by ShadowMonkey
Tuesday, 03 October 2006

Unable to bring charges of treason under U.S. law against the following, I would suggest that they, nonetheless, are all guilty of what is know elsewhere in the world as "constructive treason" (Treason imputed to a person by law from his conduct or course of actions, though his deeds taken severally do not amount to actual treason). Additionally, they are, each and every one, guilty of betraying their oaths of office in which they swore to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. They are, each and every one, guilty of these offenses by means of their actions taken to pass or support the passage of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, in direct violation of Article 1, Section 9, as well as the the 5th and 6th Amendments to the US Constitution.

To each and every one who voted for, or supported, the passage of this abhorrent denial of our Constitution, ShadowMonkey offers the following, from Shakespeare's Life of King Henry the Fifth: Scorn and defiance; slight regard, contempt.

The President of the United States of America

George W. Bush
